Refund policy
REFUND & RETURN POLICY — PetNest SA
We only accept refund requests in the
following cases:
✅ Item arrived damaged
✅ Item is defective or not working
✅ Wrong item was delivered
✅ Item never arrived after 45 days
HOW TO CLAIM
Email kwayallthewayza@gmail.com within
7 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item
- Description of the problem
We do NOT accept returns for:
❌ Change of mind
❌ Wrong size ordered by customer
❌ Buyer's remorse
❌ Minor colour differences due to
screen display
RESOLUTION
Once approved we will offer either:
- A replacement item at no cost
- Store credit
- Full refund to original payment method
Refunds are processed within 5-7
business days.
